3. Pricing & Quotes

4. Deposits & Payments
Certain services, such as sod and plant orders, require a deposit to secure materials. Deposits are non-refundable once orders have been placed. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits may be refunded at our discretion, depending on whether materials have already been ordered. Once services have been completed, all sales are final.
6. Liability & Service Guarantee
We take great care in delivering high-quality services. However, Simply Sod & Plant is not responsible for:
Natural plant growth variations or sod performance due to improper watering, extreme weather, or soil conditions beyond our control.
Damage caused by third parties after installation.
Any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages related to plant materials or landscaping services.
Final Sale Policy for Plant Delivery
All plant deliveries are final sale. We ensure plants are in healthy condition upon delivery, but we cannot guarantee their survival after they are received, as proper care is the client's responsibility. No refunds or replacements will be offered.
